2018 Retiree Bus Trips
Wednesday, March 14, 2018 – Hollywood Casino - Toledo
It’s been about 5 years since this casino opened and Local 19 took a trip there. If this was a lucky spot for you or you have never been there now is the time to go. We will start out the year by trying our luck at the casino west of Cleveland located in Toledo. Reservations due by February 24, 2018.
Cost: Member $20.00 – Spouse $20.00 – Non-Member $40.00
Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 – Amish Trip
We will venture into Amish country and experience part of their culture today. We will have a guided tour of Yoder’s Amish home and school. We will also shop at an Amish Store for “everything Amish”, visit David Warther Carvings, have a tour and wine tasting at Breitenbach Wine Cellars and enjoy a buffet lunch at Farmstead Restaurant. Reservations due by June 2, 2018.
Cost: Member $90.00 – Spouse $90.00 – Non-Member $119.00
All Non-Members must be traveling with a member of Local 19
Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis. In order for you to reserve your seat on a trip you will need to send in a check made payable to Bakers’ Local No. 19. The date on the check should be the “Reservations due by” date for the trip you would like to attend. Make out separate checks for each trip that you would like to go on. Include with your check(s) the name(s) and birth dates (if a gambling trip) of anyone that you are bringing with you. If the person you intended to bring on the trip cannot make it you must call with the name of the person replacing them prior to the date of the trip and pay any differences in costs. An itinerary for the trip will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the trip. Trips will be cancelled on the “Reservations due by” date if there is not the required number of people signed up for the trip.
